WHAT ARE NEUROMODULATORS?

Neuromodulators are injectable treatments containing small amounts of botulinum toxin that help to safely relax wrinkles and fine lines. At 5th Avenue Plastic Surgery, we offer five neuromodulator options for your antiaging needs. Botox and Dysport are both effective treatments offering different benefits based on your unique concerns and needs.

The most common areas for wrinkle treatment include frown lines, forehead creases, lip lines, and crow’s feet. Neuromodulators not only serve as a wrinkle-smoothing treatment but can also help to treat excessive sweating known as hyperhidrosis, migraines and jaw pain. Other areas include the bands on the neck, jaw muscles (TMJ), and gummy smiles.
